I’ve spent 20+ years in energy and home performance – across manufacturers, distributors and retailers – before building Honen.

I’m an accredited solar PV & battery designer and hold home energy efficiency & thermal performance qualifications (NatHERS / home energy assessments).

I’ve worked across Australia, Asia and Europe with brands like Dux, Caroma and specialist energy players – importing, launching and scaling products.

Honen is the result: a way to turn those years of energy experience into predictable leads, bookings and sales for the next wave of retailers, installers and manufacturers in the space.

We’re a performance marketing & sales partner that happens to use world-class software (DaveCRM), appointment setters and remote sales teams. We don’t sell retainers and we don’t just sell “seats” in a call centre.

Do you work outside solar and home upgrades?

Our focus – and best results – are in solar, energy and home performance. We’ll sometimes support adjacent professional services or B2B tech if they sell into the same ICP (installers, trades, retailers, utilities, etc.), but we’re careful not to drift too far.

Where does DaveCRM fit into all of this?
