Is this full-time employment?

No. These are remote, contract-style roles, typically via platforms like Upwork or Fiverr or similar. That keeps things clean on both sides and lets you work flexibly from wherever you are.

Do I only work on Honen campaigns?

We sit inside an ecosystem: Honen (lead gen), Jousto (co-branded funnels), BeZero (zero energy bill strategies) and SolarBPO (designs & fulfilment). You’ll mostly work on campaigns connected to solar, batteries, energy and home upgrades.

How many hours can I expect?

It depends on demand and your performance. We generally think in 50 / 100 / 150 hour blocks per month per closer. Some months may be quieter or busier – we’ll talk that through with you as campaigns develop.

Do I need solar or energy experience already?

It helps, but it’s not mandatory. What matters most is reliability, communication and basic sales discipline. We can teach offers and process – you bring attitude, consistency and a willingness to learn.

Where do I need to be based?

We have a soft preference for people who are in or around Adelaide (it makes training and relationship-building easier), but remote is remote – if you’ve got the right skills and a stable setup, we’re open to a chat.
