How do you charge for appointment setting?
We charge per qualified appointment booked into your calendar. There are no hourly blocks and no fixed retainers for appointment setting. Before launch, we agree your qualification rules (geo, product, account type, role, etc.) and a minimum monthly volume. If a booking doesn’t meet the rules, it doesn’t count.
What lead sources do you work?
Three main buckets: 1) leads we generate via Honen/Jousto/BeZero and your paid campaigns, 2) your existing CRM and databases, and 3) B2B/B2G target lists we build together (including Sales Navigator). All of these can be billed on a per-appointment basis.
How does the calendar booking actually work?
We connect your reps’ calendars into DaveCRM with 2-way sync. When we book an in-home quote, discovery call or callback, it goes straight into their diary with the customer’s details, context and notes attached. Reminders and reschedules are handled through DaveCRM workflows and, if you choose, AI agents.
Can you handle both B2C and B2B/B2G appointments?
Yes. B2C is typically solar, batteries, heat pumps and home upgrades, where we book in-home quotes or virtual consults. B2B/B2G is more SDR-style: we book discovery calls, demos and stakeholder meetings with specific roles and accounts. In all cases, billing is per qualified appointment.
Do you also run the sales calls?
For solar and energy, we often provide remote sales teams (via Honen & SolarBPO) to run the calls as well. That part moves to a remote sales engagement with its own pricing model, while appointment setting remains per booking.
Is DaveCRM included?
