Appointment Setting Services for Australian Businesses

Turn new enquiries and agreed prospect lists into well-prepared calendar bookings. Appointment setting can focus on following up people who have already enquired, outbound meeting generation, or a defined combination of both.

Two kinds of work

Know which one you need

Calling existing enquiries

Your business already has interest. We contact those people promptly, qualify them against your rules and book suitable ones into your calendar.

Outbound meeting generation

We approach an agreed list of prospects who have not enquired, start a conversation and book meetings where there is genuine fit. This is different work and is scoped separately.

01Delivery process

How the work runs

Every engagement starts with an agreed scope. These are the stages we work through with your team.

  1. 1

    Agree the rules

Qualification questions, booking criteria, follow-up attempts and who supplies the list.

  2. 2

    Connect the calendar

Confirm calendar capacity, booking limits, reminders and how urgent enquiries are escalated.

  3. 3

    Contact and qualify

Work inbound enquiries or outbound lists within the agreed attempt cadence and record each outcome.

  4. 4

    Book and remind

Book qualified appointments, send agreed reminders, and handle rescheduling within scope.

  5. 5

    Hand over and review

Your team receives context for every booking. We review attendance and quality together.

04Price drivers

What shapes scope and cost

Cost depends on list quality and volume, inbound versus outbound work, calling and follow-up requirements, qualification complexity, calendar coordination and reporting expectations. No appointment volume or attendance outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.

  • Inbound follow-up versus outbound work
  • List quality and volume
  • Number of follow-up attempts
  • Qualification complexity
  • Calendar coordination and reminders
  • Reporting expectations

Pricing is provided once the work is defined. No fixed packages are advertised.

05Questions

Appointment Setting, answered

The engagement scope sets the exact responsibilities, timing, access and reporting.

Do you call existing leads or find new prospects?

Either can be scoped. Following up existing enquiries is different from generating outbound meetings, so the audience and work should be defined separately.

What counts as a booked appointment?

A booking is a calendar event accepted under the agreed booking rules. It should not be confused with an attended meeting, a qualified opportunity or a sale.

Who supplies the calendar availability?

The client maintains the available times, booking limits and any exclusions. The handover process is agreed before appointments are scheduled.

Who supplies the list for outbound work?

That is agreed in the scope. Lists may be supplied by your business or sourced as part of the work, with any data costs identified separately.
